This Privacy Policy explains how Bucket Shop ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you access or use bucketmarkets.com, margin.wtf, and related pages, interfaces, or communications (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. This Policy does not govern third-party wallets, blockchains, protocols, or applications linked to or integrated with the Service.

1. Scope and Important Characteristics of the Service

Bucket Shop is an informational, blockchain-enabled interface for the Bucket ecosystem. The Service may display wallet eligibility, token balances, protocol metrics, market data, and distribution history. We do not turn public blockchain data into private data merely by displaying it, but we may associate a wallet address with contact information you voluntarily provide (for example, by emailing us).

Public blockchains are designed to be transparent. Information recorded on-chain, wallet addresses, transaction hashes, token balances, and timestamps, may be publicly visible, permanent, and outside our control. We cannot alter, erase, or restrict information stored on a public blockchain.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Contact information, if you email us at admin@bucketmarkets.com, your email address, message content, and anything you choose to include.

2.2 Wallet and blockchain information

• Your public wallet address when you connect a wallet or interact with the Service.
• Publicly available on-chain activity: transaction hashes, token balances, contract interactions, and distribution history for that address.
• Wallet connection events. We do not ask for and never collect your private keys or seed phrase.

2.3 Information collected automatically

• Basic device and browser information (browser type, general region inferred from IP) via standard web hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Pages).

2.4 Information from third parties

• Robinhood Chain's public RPC and Blockscout explorer.
• Wallet providers (via WalletConnect or a browser extension) and market-data providers (Chainlink, Robinhood market data) you choose to use.

3. How We Use Information

• Operate and display the Service's real-time protocol data.
• Respond to messages sent to admin@bucketmarkets.com.
• Monitor reliability and troubleshoot the indexer and site.
• Comply with applicable law and valid legal requests.

4. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, we don't run any advertising on this Service. We may disclose information if legally required, to protect the Service or others from fraud or abuse, or with your direction (for example, if you ask us to reference a specific transaction in a support reply).

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Service may use essential browser storage to remember basic preferences (like your last-selected market on the perps terminal). We do not currently run third-party analytics or ad-tracking scripts.

6. Data Retention

We retain information (such as emails sent to admin@bucketmarkets.com) only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you or comply with legal obligations. Public blockchain information is permanent and cannot be deleted by us, regardless of any request.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for securing your own devices, wallet, credentials, and seed phrase. We will never ask you to disclose a private key or seed phrase.

8. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you've provided us directly (not on-chain data, which we cannot alter). To submit a request, email admin@bucketmarkets.com.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service links to or interoperates with third-party wallets, protocols, and block explorers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one. Review those policies before using third-party services.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after that date means the revised Policy applies to you.
