Bucket Shop is an independent, individually-operated project, not a registered company. These Terms describe the project honestly as it actually exists today, not as a corporation it isn't. If that changes, this page will be updated to reflect it.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bucketmarkets.com, margin.wtf, and any related pages, contracts, or services (collectively, the "Service").

The Service involves digital assets, blockchain networks, and tokenized-stock-related products. These activities are high risk. You may lose all value committed to a transaction. The Service is informational software and is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, exchange, custodian, bank, or fiduciary.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By accessing or using the Service, connecting a wallet, or otherwise indicating assent, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• You may use the Service only where lawful. You are responsible for determining whether your use is permitted in your jurisdiction.
• You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions, located in an embargoed jurisdiction, or prohibited from using it by applicable law or by a third-party protocol.

2. Description of the Service

Bucket Shop is a blockchain-enabled informational interface for the Bucket ecosystem on Robinhood Chain. The deployed contracts (BucketFeeHook, Treasury, Distributor, StockRouter, StockRouterUsdg, BucketAccountV2/V3, and related contracts) take a 3% ETH fee on Bucket/ETH swaps, use it to purchase a basket of tokenized stocks and registered crypto assets, and distribute them pro-rata to wallets holding at least 65,000 Bucket at the time each round executes. Holders may also acquire an Account (an ERC-6551 token-bound wallet) through Community Bucket's paid random-draw mint and choose 1-20 stocks and/or crypto assets from the registered list for that account to accrue instead of the default even split. Accounts minted directly and for free prior to 2026-08-14 remain fully functional; that direct free-mint path is no longer available. The Service also lets you swap ETH for basket stocks directly, independent of the fee/distribution mechanism.

Every contract address is disclosed on the How It Works page. The mechanism is enforced by the deployed smart contracts, not by us, we do not control who receives a distribution, how much, or when; that is determined entirely by on-chain logic and the real-time state of the blockchain.

The Service may change over time. Features, the supported stock basket, fees, eligibility criteria, and integrations may be added, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. Information displayed by the Service may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, or supplied by third parties (including Chainlink price feeds and Robinhood market data).

3. No Financial, Legal, or Tax Advice

All content is provided for general informational and technical-interface purposes only. Nothing on the Service is an offer, solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or advice to buy, sell, hold, trade, or use any asset, token, protocol, or strategy. We do not assess suitability, objectives, financial circumstances, or risk tolerance. Obtain independent professional advice before acting.

4. Non-Custodial and Third-Party Nature

• We do not take custody or control of your digital assets, private keys, or seed phrase, at any point.
• Wallet connections and transactions are initiated by you and executed through your own wallet, third-party protocols (Uniswap v4, Robinhood Chain, WalletConnect), and smart contracts you interact with directly.
• We are not a party to any blockchain transaction merely because the Service helped you view information or prepare an instruction.
• Transactions may be irreversible. We cannot cancel, reverse, recover, or modify a transaction once it's submitted to the network.
• You are responsible for verifying wallet addresses, contract addresses, transaction details, slippage, and fees before signing anything.

5. Accounts, Wallets, and Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your own wallet, devices, credentials, private keys, and seed phrase, and for all activity conducted through them. We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. Minting a Bucket Account NFT and setting its stock preferences are actions you take directly against the smart contract, we cannot reverse or modify them once submitted.

6. Fees, Gas, Prices, and Taxes

• The 3% fee on Bucket swaps is enforced directly by the BucketFeeHook contract, not billed separately by us.
• Blockchain transactions require gas fees paid to Robinhood Chain validators. We do not control network fees and receive none of them.
• Quotes, market data, reference prices, and estimated values (including on-screen slippage estimates) may differ from actual execution results and may be stale, incomplete, or affected by real-time liquidity and price movement.
• You are solely responsible for taxes, reporting, filings, and other obligations arising from your use of the Service.

7. Digital Asset and Market Risks

You understand and accept the risks of digital assets and blockchain-based products, including extreme volatility, illiquidity, smart-contract vulnerabilities, oracle failures, protocol changes, network congestion, transaction reordering, cyberattacks, phishing, loss of credentials, regulatory action, market manipulation, and total loss.

• Tokenized stocks are not shares registered on an issuer's stock ledger. They may not confer voting rights, dividends, or other shareholder rights, and involve exposure to the tokenization provider and the underlying oracle/data source.
• Distribution eligibility depends on wallet balances at the moment a round executes on-chain. Balance changes near that moment may affect eligibility, this is enforced by the contract, not discretionary.
• Several of the underlying stock/ETH pools have real but thin liquidity, disclosed on the How It Works and Swap pages. Larger trades can experience meaningful price impact.
• The Chainlink price feeds and Robinhood market data this Service relies on are third-party services we do not control and cannot guarantee the accuracy or availability of.
• Past performance, displayed distributions, or historical data do not guarantee future results. You should not commit funds you cannot afford to lose.

8. Compliance and Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, court order, sanctions program, or third-party right.
• Engage in fraud, market manipulation, wash trading, money laundering, or evasion of legal restrictions.
• Use another person's wallet or credentials without authorization, or impersonate others.
• Interfere with the Service's operation, introduce malware, scrape or access the Service at abusive rates, or attempt to circumvent access controls.

9. Third-Party Content and Services

The Service displays or connects to third-party content: wallets, Uniswap v4, Chainlink, Robinhood Chain and its market data, WalletConnect, and block explorers. We do not control these and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, security, or terms. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service's own terms.

10. Distributions

Any distribution described by the Service is subject to on-chain eligibility criteria, available treasury funds, and the deployed smart-contract logic, exactly as disclosed on the How It Works page. Amounts and timing are not guaranteed, may be delayed by network conditions, and depend on real trading volume through the Bucket/ETH pool. No user has a vested right to a future distribution.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY DATA, QUOTE, TRANSACTION, PROTOCOL, SMART CONTRACT, NETWORK, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE WILL BE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, SECURE, AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR LAWFUL.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSSES FROM DIGITAL ASSET VOLATILITY, SMART CONTRACT BEHAVIOR, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR UNAUTHORIZED WALLET ACCESS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. Because the Service charges no fee of its own beyond the on-chain protocol mechanics disclosed above, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to US$100.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or restrict access, at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law. Deployed smart contracts are generally immutable and continue to function independently of whether this website remains available.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on the applicable site with an updated effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Honestly: this section isn't finalized. Because Bucket Shop does not currently operate through a registered legal entity, we haven't set a specific governing-law or arbitration clause here rather than invent one that wouldn't hold up or wouldn't honestly reflect anything real. If a real dispute arises, contact us first at the address below, we'd rather resolve something directly than have anyone rely on boilerplate that was never actually meaningful.

16. General Terms

• Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning the Service.
• Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest remains effective.
• No waiver. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• Electronic communications. You consent to receive notices electronically, including by website posting or email.
